Texpand vs Text Blaze

Texpand is an Android text-expansion app that turns a short shortcut into a longer phrase, such as a phone number, email address or stock reply. Phrase lists let one shortcut present several phrases for selection. It can insert dates in different formats and place the cursor where needed after expansion. The app offers extensive preference settings, Google Drive synchronization across devices and Tasker support in both plans. The Free plan costs nothing, allows up to 10 phrases and includes variables, phrase lists, Drive sync and Tasker. Premium costs $6.99 a month and removes the phrase limit while retaining those features. Texpand is currently available on Android. Its privacy policy says requested information remains on the device and is not collected by the maker. Third-party services named include Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics.

API calls can read data from or write data to apps with web APIs; Data Blaze helps manage tables and fill snippet values dynamically. Text Blaze is available as a Chrome extension and as Windows and macOS apps. The Free plan includes limited snippets and sharing, test form fields, Autopilot and Data Blaze access.
