Templates can include forms, dynamic formulas, integrations, simulated clicks and key presses. API calls can read data from or write data to apps with web APIs; Data Blaze helps manage tables and fill snippet values dynamically. Text Blaze is available as a Chrome extension and as Windows and macOS apps. The Free plan includes limited snippets and sharing, test form fields, Autopilot and Data Blaze access. Pro starts at $2.99 a month when billed yearly. Business starts at $6.99 a month when billed yearly and adds team sharing, management and reporting features. Enterprise pricing is customized and includes SAML SSO, SCIM and event audit logs. The listed support channels include documentation, community forums and contact support, with high-touch support for Enterprise.
Typinator
Typinator is a text-expansion application from Typinator, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Perg, Austria. It turns short abbreviations into longer text, images, forms, code snippets, workflows, or templates. Variables can insert dates, clipboard contents, and custom fields. Quick Search locates snippets by keyword, and suggestions can appear while you type. Expansions may run AppleScript, Python, Shell, or other scripts. Teams can share snippets and autocorrection libraries to keep terminology consistent. The maker lists compatibility across Mac apps including Safari, Chrome, Mail, Outlook, Teams, Slack, Notion, Obsidian, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Version 10.2 imports snippets from TextExpander, aText, Alfred, Espanso, and PhraseExpress. Abbreviations stay local on Mac, with sync options including iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, NAS or WebDAV, and other network locations. Expansion works offline, while validation and updates need internet access. Basic costs $29.99 a month, billed as a one-time payment, for two devices; a trial is available without an account but has limited expansions.
