time cockpit combines project time tracking, project controlling, and billing for project-based service companies. Users can record hours against projects and tasks, monitor budgets, and compare planned effort with actual time. Billable hours can generate invoice items, and invoices can be created from tracked services. The system also records working hours, overtime, vacation, and sick leave. An optional Activity Tracker logs applications used, edited files, and breaks, but requires the Full Client. Integrations include Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and SAP, with custom interfaces also possible. Its Web API provides REST and OData endpoints, and Power BI and Excel can connect directly to OData. The MCP server provides Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Cursor access to functions within the user's permissions. time cockpit runs in Azure data centers in Amsterdam and Dublin, with three-node production database clusters and 35-day point-in-time recovery. Pricing is listed at €10.85 per user per month, with a 30-day trial.
