VOICEplug Drive-Thru AI automates drive-thru ordering for quick-service restaurants and multi-location chains through conversational voice technology. It handles modifiers, combinations, special requests, and promotions, then confirms orders verbally and visually before sending them to POS and kitchen systems. Analytics are captured automatically. The proprietary VOICEpod hardware is designed for drive-thru environments and recommended for enterprise-grade deployments. It uses noise filtration and focused voice recognition to reduce background noise and isolate the ordering customer’s voice. Processing can run on premises, at the edge, or in the cloud. The product is designed for multi-lane drive-thrus, peak traffic, complex menus, and rollout across multiple locations.
