XEMI
XEMI is a web-based global trade management platform for importers, exporters, customs brokers and freight forwarders. It brings together workflows for quotations, documents, regulatory filings, shipment tracking, invoicing and forwarding. Its AI tools capture and validate trade data, process more than 100 document types, and check for missing fields or mismatches across documents. XEMI Clear handles Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill filing to ICEGATE, with pre-filing validation; XEMI Traq tracks shipments across 330+ carriers and shares visibility across documents, workflows and stakeholders. XEMI Finance categorizes trade costs, connects them to shipments, and supports landed-cost visibility and reconciliation. Listed integrations include ICEGATE, DGFT, SAP, AIS, ULIP, FASTag, JNPT and Maersk, though its detailed integration catalog is not yet available. The platform supports declaration filing, HS classification, duty and tax calculation, compliance records and API access. It runs on the web, offers a limited-period trial, and has customized pricing on request. XEMI says onboarding, training and integration setup are included, and most customers process their first live shipments within 1–2 weeks of signing.
