Automations can send welcome messages, request forms such as PAR-Q and waivers, and deliver scheduled content; Zapier automations are also described. Trainers can sell programs through registration pages with automatic account creation and payment acceptance, then deliver workouts, files, and paperwork. Clients can connect MyFitnessPal to share meal logs and nutrition information. Trainerfu runs on Android, iOS, and web, and offers custom-branded mobile apps. A free plan and 14-day trial are listed. The Branded App plan costs $75 a month; other listed plan prices are not provided. The pricing FAQ says clients can use Trainerfu for free, with no setup fee and no contract.
