Upply Contract Management
Upply Contract Management centralizes transport rate cards and applies negotiated carrier terms when shipments are assigned. Users can import cards with origins, destinations, validity periods, freight types and pricing conditions into one repository. Supported pricing includes per-kilometre, zone-based, pallet and shipment rates, along with other structures negotiated with carriers. Teams can configure included, fixed or indexed fuel surcharges and custom surcharges; these are applied during shipment assignment and remain editable. When cards match a shipment, the associated carriers are prioritized, and selecting one applies its negotiated rates and relevant surcharges. Contract management and accessorial rules are supported, while rate comparison and carrier bid management are not. The web platform is API-first, with integrations for TMS, WMS, ERP and CRM systems. Upply says its APIs support automation, plug-and-play integration, real-time market and pricing data, and large data volumes. Upply describes the service as SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant, with Contract Management data hosted in France. Carriers and freight forwarders can register free with no commitment. Shippers pay an annual subscription based on shipment volume; no price is listed.
