VCPeer
VCPeer is a private-market intelligence service for founders, investors, and startup operators. Its research tools let founders browse investor profiles, compare firms, and filter by stage, sector, and geography. They can also submit investor experiences anonymously, report ghosting, and compare term sheets. VCPeer says reviews come from verified submissions and public profile details have sourceable public evidence. Its Rally feature supports prospecting and outreach for customers, partners, resellers, or investors: it finds prospects, writes personalized emails, handles replies, and books meetings. Rally can send through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP, and threads replies in the user's inbox and Rally. Interested responses receive the user's Cal.com link. Raise mode contacts one partner per fund per wave; any reply from that fund closes outreach to it. Rally offers a REST API and hosted MCP server, while its typed SDK and CLI are forthcoming. Plans include a free tier, a $99 one-time Research Report, Pro at $299 per year, and Team at $999 per year. Free has no exports; Pro and Team include exports.
Venture Intelligence
Venture Intelligence provides information and analysis about Indian private-company financials, private-equity and venture-capital activity, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. The service launched in 2002 and is aimed at investors, advisers, banks, law firms, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, and media. Its Company Financials Search covers more than 50,000 companies, with profit and loss, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, ratios, MCA filings, and charge-index data. The PE-VC database tracks investments, fund raising, exits, and portfolio companies across India, with over 25,000 deals and historical information since 1999. A separate M&A database lists more than 15,000 domestic and cross-border deals. Valuation coverage includes pre-money, post-money, and enterprise figures. Subscribers can set company alerts, add notes, and save lists; PE-VC data can be exported in Excel and PDF formats. Other resources include investor and professional directories, an MCA filings downloader with bulk downloads, and Financials and Funding Information APIs. The Deal Digest offers a premium daily edition and a free weekly edition. Subscription pricing is on request; listed subscription options do not state prices.
