Vorne XL
Vorne XL is a bolt-on device that provides automated manufacturing data to operators, engineers, and managers. Setup uses one or two sensor inputs and a network connection, without software installation or PLC code changes. Built-in reporting and analytics cover OEE, downtime, cycle time, counts, and production timelines; XL also supports loss analysis, real-time monitoring, and quality tracking. The device is designed to connect with PLC, MES, ERP, and reporting systems through its REST-based API or third-party integration partners. The API is available on devices running software version 2.0 or later, and Vorne recommends an experienced developer for API integration. XL Display Viewer can show live information from multiple networked devices on a desktop, monitor, or television without programming. Listed models cost $4,490 as a one-time purchase for XL810-1, $4,690, paid once for XL HD+, and $4,990, paid once for XL Touch. Vorne says there are no recurring costs.
