In their own words
WaiverElectronic
WaiverElectronic is a cloud platform for creating, collecting, managing, and storing legally binding electronic waivers on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. It combines waivers with online booking and payments, integrating Stripe, Square, and PayPal. A kiosk app supports offline signing on iPad, Android tablets, and Amazon Fire devices, then syncs records when connectivity returns. Users can upload a PDF for AI conversion into a digital template or use AI-generated waiver content. Forms support conditional logic, image-based and certificate-backed signatures, branding, expiration rules, automated emails, and check-in tracking. The service states that waivers are legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, with tamper-proof audit trails, timestamps, and IP logging. Paid plans retain signed waivers indefinitely with unlimited storage and PDF downloads. All plans include 256-bit SSL encryption and daily backups; the service states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification. Plans list $11.99 a month for Basic in year one, with a 15-day trial.
