WorshipTools Presenter vs WPS Presentation

WorshipTools Presenter is a presentation solution for churches and ministries, with cloud-synced service materials and offline access. Cloud syncing makes lyrics, videos, images and cue lists available from any computer. Services can be created or opened without an internet connection, though YouTube playback and SongSelect imports need one. Presenter can send different visual layouts to multiple output screens, with the number limited by the displays connected to the computer. Loop Connect can turn a setlist into lyric slides after the user chooses the lines per slide. CCLI SongSelect supports lyric, chord and lyric-video imports, and the product page describes integration with Charts. Built-in Bibles display scripture from a reference; each plan lists 65+ Bibles. The Free plan includes 500 MB cloud storage, 10 users and 15 items per service, with unlimited services and songs. Downloads are listed for Windows, macOS and Linux. The mobile remote app works with iPhone, iPad or Android devices but requires a Pro or Pro Plus account.

WPS Presentation is presentation software available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and the web, with offline access.
