What it is

PIXERA is a 64-bit system for real-time media processing, compositing, media management, professional playback, and 3D projection mapping. Its render engine handles video files up to and beyond uncompressed 8K and is suited to HDR or 12-bit content. The Screens, Mapping, and Compositing tabs organize venue surfaces, output warping and routing, and show-content creation. PIXERA also lists camera tracking, LED-stage workflows, and live compositing, with Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch, and TouchDesigner among its render engines. PIXERA Control supports external devices and custom modules using Lua, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DLLs, WebSockets, and APIs. Control GATE is included in every product and supports remote control of up to ten modules or devices. PIXERA Hub adds server discovery, remote monitoring, version management, VNC, automatic updates, and startup or service management. The free Creator license allows projects to be built and saved, but its four watermarked outputs prevent live production. Commercial pricing is available by request. The software runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11; at least 16 GB RAM and an NVIDIA Quadro GPU with OpenGL 4.5 are recommended.
