What it is
Wia is an energy intelligence platform for operators managing building portfolios. It combines meter, building-management-system, invoice and cloud data to monitor electricity, gas and water across sites. Data can arrive through retrofit IoT, cellular or LoRaWAN, BMS integration, manual uploads, invoice ingestion, cloud connections or an open API. Optimization tools rank savings opportunities, support solar-yield and charging optimization, and detect anomalies from actual consumption. Operations features include alerts, audits, surveys, tasks, device-health monitoring and remote firmware updates. Wia can schedule heating, cooling and lighting through BACnet or Modbus controllers and control VRF systems over their own protocol. Reports export as PDF, Excel or CSV for standards including CSRD, EPBD, EED, MEES, SECR and ISO 50001. ESG integrations include Watershed, Sweep, Persefoni, Plan A, Sphera, Greenstone and EcoVadis; REST, webhooks and OAuth are supported. Pricing is quoted per site after a remote survey. Wia supplies CSRD data but does not file regulatory returns.
