17TRACK Business brings domestic and international package tracking together for retailers. Buyers can look up orders on a customized tracking page on the retailer’s site, and triggered email alerts can report status changes. The service also offers Green Shipping Protection for loss, damage, or delay, plus shipping analysis on delivery and exception performance. 17TRACK says it supports 1,900+ carriers, including postal services, last-mile couriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and 180 airlines. It reports 95% estimated accuracy for AI delivery-time predictions and an auto-recognition rate above 85%. The product is available on web, Android, and iOS. The free plan includes 50 shipments per month; Basic costs $9 a month billed yearly, while Pro costs $29 a month billed yearly. Features vary by tier: Basic includes email notifications and basic analytics, and Pro adds features such as multilingual tracking pages, product recommendations, and estimated delivery dates. Shopify app users need tracking numbers on orders before tracking can work. After installation, the app syncs orders from the previous 30 days, and synced orders with tracking information use quota.
