Overview

1CRM is a CRM for businesses that want sales and marketing tools with a choice of cloud subscription or on-premise deployment. Its appeal is the unusually broad range of deployment options; the trade-off is that lower-cost plans impose tight caps on users and records.

Key features

Visual sales pipeline: Gives teams a visual way to track sales opportunities, a useful core function for managing a sales process.
Marketing automation: Adds marketing capabilities alongside CRM functions, making 1CRM relevant to teams looking to bring those activities together.
Mobile apps: Mobile access is supported, and the platform runs on iOS and Android as well as web, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Deployment choice: Cloud plans suit teams that prefer a subscription, while on-premise options include a free tier and perpetual licenses.

Pricing

1CRM has a freemium model, with a 30-day trial and paid cloud subscriptions from $13.00 USD per year, billed per user/month annually. The plan names and terms distinguish annual per-user pricing from month-to-month pricing; check the billing period carefully when comparing costs.

Plan	Price and billing	Limits
Startup (cloud subscription)	$13.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Maximum 3 users; 300 accounts; 750 targets/leads/contacts; 1 GB storage per user
Startup (cloud subscription, month-to-month)	$15.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Maximum 3 users; 300 accounts; 750 targets/leads/contacts; 1 GB storage per user
Startup (free on-premise)	Free forever on-premise	Maximum 3 users; 300 accounts; 750 targets/leads/contacts; 1 GB storage per user
Startup+ (annual)	$20.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Maximum 10 users; 600 accounts; 1,500 targets/leads/contacts; 1 GB storage per user
Startup+ (month-to-month)	$23.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Maximum 10 users; 600 accounts; 1,500 targets/leads/contacts; 1 GB storage per user

Professional (month-to-month)	$33.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2 GB storage per user
Enterprise (annual)	$34.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2.5 GB storage per user
Enterprise (month-to-month)	$39.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2.5 GB storage per user
Professional (on-premise perpetual license)	$405.00 USD per month; one-time payment/user	Unlimited accounts and targets/leads/contacts
Enterprise (on-premise perpetual license)	$585.00 USD per month; one-time payment/user	Unlimited accounts and targets/leads/contacts

Startup is for a very small team: the 3-user ceiling and 300-account cap apply whether you pay monthly, annually, or choose the free on-premise plan. Startup+ doubles those record limits and allows up to 10 users, but still has a firm team-size ceiling. Professional removes the user and record caps, so it is the practical step up for growing teams; Enterprise raises per-user storage from 2 GB to 2.5 GB. The on-premise perpetual licenses are positioned for buyers seeking that deployment model, but their listed limits cover accounts and contacts rather than users or storage.

Platforms

1CRM supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. That range makes it a plausible option for teams spanning desktop and mobile environments, though the specific mobile capability is not a reason by itself to overlook plan caps.

Who it's for

1CRM is best suited to small and midsize businesses that want sales pipeline and marketing automation capabilities and value a choice between cloud and on-premise plans. The free on-premise Startup tier is a way to keep costs down for teams of up to three users that can live within its account and contact limits. Teams expecting to exceed those ceilings should look at Professional, while buyers needing more storage per user can justify Enterprise. It is less suitable for teams that need uncapped growth at entry-level prices.

Pros and cons

Pro: The free on-premise plan has the same stated user, account, contact, and per-user storage limits as paid Startup, giving a small team a no-cost way to use 1CRM on-premise.
Pro: Cloud, free on-premise, and perpetual-license options give buyers multiple deployment and payment approaches.
Pro: Professional and Enterprise remove the listed user and record caps, making them more accommodating as teams and databases grow.
Con: Startup and Startup+ cap users and records, so teams can outgrow the cheaper tiers even if their feature needs remain modest.
Con: The annual cloud amounts are per user/month billed annually, while the monthly plans are month-to-month; buyers must compare like billing terms rather than treating the annual figure as a one-time yearly total.

Alternatives

For a broader browse, see CRM Software or Customer Service CRM Software. Choose Vtiger CRM if its free One Pilot tier's cap of 10 users and 3,000 records better matches a team that needs more room than 1CRM Startup. Intercom is a paid option with a $19.00 USD per month Essential plan billed annually and a shared inbox and ticketing system, so consider it when those capabilities matter more than 1CRM's listed sales and marketing emphasis. eGain Customer Engagement Hub is another paid alternative. Freshdesk offers a free program for 1–2 agents for six months and a Growth plan at $19.00 USD per month billed annually, making it worth comparing if a customer-service-oriented plan fits better. Kustomer is a paid alternative with custom pricing. Pega CRM is a paid alternative with a free trial. Oracle Siebel CRM is a paid option with a $400.00 USD one-time Industry Base Option for an Application User. Agentforce Contact Center is a paid alternative with plans at $125.00 USD per month and $250.00 USD per month, so compare it when its contact-center plans are a better fit.

Verdict

Choose 1CRM if you want sales and marketing capabilities with cloud and on-premise choices, especially if its free on-premise tier fits a team of three or fewer. The principal reason to look elsewhere is the restrictive user and record caps on its low-cost plans; teams that need more room must move to Professional or Enterprise.
