Overview

FirstPitch is a video prospecting platform for outbound sales reps who want to personalize video outreach and connect recipient engagement to sales workflows. It is a strong fit when CRM-linked follow-up matters; its monthly video caps and per-user Team price make volume and team size central to the choice.

Users record once, then generate prospect-specific videos with AI voice and details such as a name, company, or website. Hosted delivery and viewing analytics make it possible to track recipient interest alongside the outreach itself.

Key features

Video creation and engagement

Recording supports camera, screen, or both, with a teleprompter for scripts. Dynamic scenes and personalized calls to action are supported. These capabilities suit reps who want one recording adapted to individual prospects, but Free has basic recording; screen-and-camera recording and the teleprompter are included with Pro.

Analytics show who watched, how long they watched, and where they stopped, with real-time notifications for engagement. That gives reps useful signals for follow-up; Team adds analytics and reporting for sales teams. Video delivery is hosted.

Sales workflow connections

HubSpot can trigger video generation through workflows and sync engagement to contact records. Salesforce supports Flow Builder triggers and logs viewing activity on records. The Chrome extension inserts videos into Gmail, tracks views, and supports recording from the inbox; LinkedIn integration adds personalized video links to messages and view tracking.

REST API, MCP, and webhook support allow video generation and automated workflows. Enterprise includes API and MCP access, custom integrations, and multi-workspace management. The AI-Native page lists SOC 2 Type II, OAuth 2.0, encryption in transit and at rest, API key rotation, audit logs, and IP allowlisting. The privacy policy says personal information is not sold to third parties and describes access controls and regular security assessments.

Pricing

FirstPitch is freemium, with a free plan and a free trial. The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed $0 forever. It includes five AI-personalised videos per month, basic recording, standard landing pages, view analytics, and email support. That is a low-risk way to try the workflow, but five videos a month is too restrictive for sustained prospecting.

Pro costs 49.00 USD per month, billed $49/month, for individual reps. It raises the allowance to 100 AI-personalised videos per month and adds screen-and-camera recording, a teleprompter, custom branded landing pages, real-time notifications, HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, and priority support. The cap makes it a practical fit for a rep with moderate outreach, not one whose volume regularly exceeds 100 videos monthly.

Team costs 99.00 USD per month, billed $99/user/month. It includes unlimited AI-personalised videos, team analytics and reporting, a template library, admin controls and permissions, SSO available, and a dedicated success manager. Unlimited volume suits teams that would outgrow Pro, but the per-user billing can make the total cost rise with headcount.

Enterprise has custom pricing for agencies and large teams. It offers custom video volume, white-labeling and custom domains, API and MCP access, multi-workspace management, custom integrations, an SLA and uptime guarantee, a dedicated account team, and security review and compliance. Choose it when those organizational controls and tailored service justify a custom quote.

Platforms

FirstPitch runs on the web and offers an API and browser extension. Its Chrome extension brings video recording and tracking into Gmail; the LinkedIn integration supports sending personalized video links and tracking views.

Who it's for

Pro is aimed at individual reps who want personalized outbound video tied to HubSpot or Salesforce. Team is better for sales groups that need unlimited video volume, shared reporting, and administrative controls. Enterprise is positioned for agencies and large teams needing custom integrations, workspaces, or white-label delivery. FirstPitch is less suitable for occasional users who need only a few videos unless the Free plan’s five-video monthly cap is sufficient.

Pros and cons

Pros: CRM triggers and engagement syncing connect video activity to HubSpot and Salesforce records, supporting workflow-based follow-up.
Pros: Analytics include watch duration and drop-off, while real-time notifications can help reps respond to engagement.
Pros: Free provides five personalized videos monthly with analytics and email support, so a rep can start without a subscription.
Cons: The Free allowance is only five videos a month, and Pro stops at 100; frequent outreach may require Team’s $99/user/month tier.
Cons: Team billing is per user, so unlimited video volume comes with a cost that scales with team size.

Alternatives

Choose GLX Studio if a free Story Builder preview and limited monthly credits are enough to start, or if its Teams plan at $149.00 USD per month better suits your needs.

KoldFrame is worth comparing when a free allowance of 50 rendered videos per month, public video pages, GIFs, thumbnails, and CSV exports fit the workflow better than FirstPitch’s five personalized videos.

Gan.AI offers a free tier with 10 AI videos monthly, 100 generative credits, and 10 personalization credits; choose it if those quotas or its $24.00 USD per month Creator plan better match your requirements.

Impossible may suit teams seeking cloud or on-premises deployment, with usage priced from $0.04/min in your own cloud or on-premises and from $0.07/min for at-volume cloud usage.

Babelee is an option if its Starter plan’s 2,000 personalized videos and 4,000 real-time views matter more than FirstPitch’s CRM workflow features; it costs 56.00 EUR per month and automatically renews, with cancellation allowed at any time.

Pulp’in offers a trial with one trame, 100 monthly views, no watermark, and no credit card; its Per trame plan starts from €89 excluding tax.

1to1video uses one-time pricing for video-volume bundles, so consider it if a fixed batch purchase is a better fit than FirstPitch’s monthly plans.

Blinkadz is another paid, web-based option.

Verdict

FirstPitch is a sound choice for outbound reps who want personalized video, measurable viewing behavior, and CRM-connected follow-up in one sales workflow. Pro is the clearest fit for an individual sending up to 100 videos a month; teams that need more volume can move to unlimited Team, while accepting per-user pricing. Look elsewhere if your outreach is too light for a subscription or your video volume makes Team’s seat-based cost unattractive.
