4PS Construct vs Vuuv

4PS Construct is a construction-focused ERP for businesses spanning construction, civil engineering, housebuilding, mechanical and electrical services, service and maintenance, and equipment rental. It combines project and financial management with dashboards, forecasting, resource planning, cost tracking, job costing, progress billing, retainage, commitments, subcontractors, and custom project reporting. Estimating uses templates, historical costs, dynamic pricing, and Cost Value Reconciliation. The system is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and connects with Office 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, payroll tools, and subcontractor payment applications. Teams can access live project information on Android and iOS devices; the Field Service App records hours, materials, costs, and updates. Deployment can be cloud, local-server, hosting-environment, or self-hosted. Pricing is paid and quoted individually, with modular additional apps and no published fixed price.

Vuuv combines bookkeeping, tax reports, invoicing, payments, mileage tracking, CRM, and project accounting for contractors. Its project tools cover job costing, change orders, retainage, cost codes, and project-level profit and loss. Projects support fixed-price, time-and-materials, cost-plus, and unit-price contracts; Pro and Elite also include AIA-style payment applications and certificates with a continuation sheet and project Schedule of Values. Field features can use location to suggest a job for receipts, attribute mileage, and link GPS-stamped progress photos to a project. Vuuv AI answers natural-language questions about project books and extracts details from receipt images for user review. The app runs on Android, iOS, and web. Plus is free; Drive costs $6 a month. Pro costs $12 a month after an introductory period of $0 for 30 days and $1 a month for three months. Elite costs $18 a month.
