5Mins.ai is a workplace microlearning platform for compliance, leadership, and role-based training, with lessons delivered in a short-form, TikTok-style format. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS. Its skills tools map employee capabilities and gaps, create personalized learning paths, and recommend lessons. AI Roleplays let employees rehearse workplace conversations, decisions, and scenarios, with feedback after each response. Teams can turn documents, slide decks, and videos into short lessons, then generate quizzes, scenarios, and case studies. The platform connects with existing LMSs and names Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Google Calendar integrations. Listed HRIS connections include BambooHR, HiBob, and ADP, which can automate onboarding and offboarding. SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC is included on all plans. Plans start at 20 users and are billed yearly: Essentials is £200.00 per month, Advance £250.00 per month, and Accelerate £350.00 per month.
