6Q
6Q uses six-question surveys to collect employee feedback and measure team mood. Survey creators can choose anonymous or individual surveys, use more than 200 professional questions, or write custom ones. Polls can be scheduled every 1, 2, 4, or 13 weeks at a chosen day and time. Email summaries and detailed web reports can be viewed, printed, or exported. Teams, locations, and departments can be grouped to compare moods, and employees can thank peers through High Fives, which has a leaderboard. The service is web-based. Its free plan supports up to 5 users; the 10 Team plan costs $9 per month for up to 10 users, and 50 Team costs $49 per month for up to 50 users. Custom enterprise plans are available for larger teams, with price not listed, and a free trial is offered. The pricing page says polls and reports are delivered over secure SSL and poll data is not shared with third parties. Support includes email and a knowledge base; enterprise customers can access telephone support during business hours.
Jackpoll
Jackpoll is an open-source survey and quiz builder for collecting responses, running live polls, and hosting presenter-led quiz games. Its 15 question types include short answers, multiple choice, checkboxes, grids, file uploads, sliders, rankings, signatures, and word clouds. Forms can span multiple pages and use drag-and-drop editing and conditional logic; collaborators can edit together with editor and viewer roles. Quiz sessions can be auto-graded, while live games let participants join by PIN or QR, use phones as buzzers, earn speed bonuses, and follow a leaderboard and podium. Responses appear in real time and can be exported to CSV, Excel, or per-response PDF. Webhooks can POST each response to an endpoint, and email notifications can arrive immediately or as a daily digest. Privacy features include consent notices, retention controls, export, and erasure. The maker describes the product as GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted. Respondents do not need accounts, but survey management requires an account or self-hosting. Hosted and self-hosted options are free; the frontend, API, and deployment stacks use the MIT licence.
