Overview

91Leads CRM is a cloud-based lead and sales-pipeline manager for teams collecting inquiries from multiple channels. It is best suited to Indian startups and SMBs that want sales workflows and selected operating tools together. The ₹199.00 per month starting price is per active user before 18% GST, and optional modules can add materially to the bill.

Key features

Lead capture spans Meta Ads, websites, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other sources. List and pipeline views, custom fields, lead history, bulk upload, and admin tools help teams keep incoming work organized. Routing rules, territory routing, round-robin assignment, and lead qualification are useful for teams with multiple reps or defined territories; the plan details do not establish which of these capabilities are included in CRM Basic.

Automation covers AI lead scoring, nurturing, drip campaigns, behavior-based triggers, and A/B testing, a potentially useful toolkit for repeat follow-up programs. Integrations named by the maker include WhatsApp, Facebook Lead Ads, IndiaMART, Justdial, website forms, Google Sheets, APIs, webhooks, Housing.com, Magicbricks, 99acres, and NoBroker. That mix is particularly relevant to businesses gathering inquiries from Indian property marketplaces as well as general digital channels.

Calling includes a one-click dialer, reminders, call tracking, and recordings. Recordings require a separate ₹299.00 per month add-on with a three-month minimum, and are stored for three months. Task management, inventory management, invoicing, expense management, and attendance management extend the product into operations, but several of these tools are separate purchases. The CRM also describes workflows for automotive, real estate, healthcare, education, insurance, and travel businesses.

The mobile CRM offers real-time notifications, in-app calling, and email, but requires an internet connection. The privacy policy describes SSL/TLS transmission encryption, encrypted storage, regular audits and monitoring, and multi-factor authentication options, while acknowledging that absolute security cannot be guaranteed. 91Leads acts as processor for customer data stored by business clients, which remain the data controllers.

Pricing

There is no free plan. A 7-day free trial requires no card, and users can cancel anytime. CRM Basic costs ₹199.00 per month per active user, billed monthly, with 18% GST added; it includes mobile app access and email and chat support. This is a low entry point for small teams, but user-based billing means the total rises with each active seat, and the plan details do not say which major features are included.

Most listed modules are add-ons rather than part of the base price. Attendance costs ₹99.00 per month per user, as does the Logo Update add-on, which applies a company's logo to the CRM header and sidebar. Quotation, Expense Management, Task Management, and Invoicing each cost ₹199.00 per month per company. The Call Recording add-on is ₹299.00 per month, with at least three months of billing. White Label Service is ₹199.00 per month, billed every six months with a five-user minimum; that minimum starts at ₹5,970 + GST for five users over six months.

Video Call Meeting offers 1,000 free minutes every calendar month. After that, usage costs ₹0.20 per minute + GST, with a minimum top-up of 1,000 minutes (₹200 + GST); unused minutes do not carry forward. This makes it suitable for modest, predictable meeting use, but teams should account for the monthly reset and top-up floor.

Platforms

91Leads CRM runs on web, Android, and iOS, and supports API access. Mobile access depends on an internet connection, so it is not a fit for teams that need the CRM to work offline.

Who it's for

The product is aimed at Indian startups and SMBs, including founders, sales managers, and field teams. It makes the most sense for businesses that need to collect and distribute leads from several channels, especially teams that also want calling or operational modules in one CRM. Buyers seeking a free ongoing tier, offline mobile access, or a predictable per-company price should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Capture sources include WhatsApp, Meta Ads, IndiaMART, Justdial, and property marketplaces, reducing the need to treat those inquiries as separate workflows.
Pro: Routing, territory assignment, qualification, and several automation approaches support teams with structured follow-up needs.
Pro: Web, Android, iOS, and API access accommodate desktop, mobile, and connected workflows.
Con: There is no free plan, and GST applies to CRM Basic; per-active-user pricing can compound as a team grows.
Con: Multiple operational capabilities cost extra, and call recording has both a three-month minimum billing term and a three-month retention period.
Con: Mobile CRM requires an internet connection, ruling it out for offline field work.

Alternatives

Mixdesk is worth considering for teams that want a freemium option: its free plan allows 10 conversations and 10 connected channel accounts, but has no AI messages. Cargo is another free-tier choice, with 100 credits and web and API platforms; it is oriented around credits and orchestration rather than the broader CRM and operations scope described for 91Leads.

Follow Up Boss may suit buyers focused on lead-source and website connections, distribution, Smart Lists, Action Plans, and calling; its Grow plan is $69.00 per month, and it runs on web. Lead Dispatcher offers a free Starter plan for up to five reps with routing rules, Slack dispatch, HubSpot integration, and basic analytics, making it a more focused starting point for small routing teams.

Gradient Works has a free plan with 1,000 credits, five rep users, one Carve scenario, Market Map, basic Bookbuilder, and analytics; it is an option for teams whose needs align with that allocation. InstaChime offers a free web plan for one workspace, two users, and 50 leads per month with basic routing and email alerts, a tighter fit for a small team that can work within those caps.

SalesExec is a paid alternative available on Android, iOS, web, and API, and lists an additional active user at $72.00 per month. Bluebird Route is another paid option across Android, iOS, web, and API; its Base monthly plan is $600.00 per month under an annual contract, for 100 seat licenses and up to 100 leads per month.

Verdict

Choose 91Leads CRM if your Indian startup or SMB needs multi-source lead intake, routing, follow-up, mobile access, and the option to add calling or operations modules. Its strongest case is bringing sales workflows and locally relevant lead channels into one system. Look elsewhere if you need a free tier, offline mobile use, or a base price that already includes all the modules your team requires.
