99minds Referral helps ecommerce and retail brands launch referral programs intended to drive organic sales. Customers can share unique referral links through social media, email, SMS and messaging apps, while the software tracks shares and conversions. Merchants can customize referral widgets and landing pages by changing colors, fonts and messaging, then promote programs through onsite widgets, email campaigns and SMS. Rewards can include loyalty points, store credit, percentage discounts and gift cards, with configurable amounts and trigger conditions. Workflows automate rewards when specified events occur. The referral page says the service works with Shopify and BigCommerce; the integrations directory also lists Square POS, Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Heartland Retail, Klaviyo and HubSpot. The web and API service is freemium. Its Free plan costs nothing and includes 50 transactions, one campaign and one integration, with a charge of $0.5 per additional transaction. Basic costs $49 a month, Pro $99 a month, Ultra $199 a month, and Premium $499 a month. Cello is referral software for businesses running partner campaigns. It provides referral links and codes, fraud controls, and reward payouts through PayPal or Venmo. Plans differ in campaign and partner allowances: Free includes one partner campaign and five transacting partners, Plus has three campaigns and 25 partners, and Pro has 10 campaigns and 100 partners. Each of those plans allows unlimited referrals. Plus costs $80 a month and Pro costs $280 a month. Grow costs $200 a month and includes all integrations and features, with referral ARR up to $50K. Scale costs $750 a month with the same listed inclusions and a $100K referral ARR ceiling.
