Abby is a virtual receptionist service that answers business calls through human receptionists, AI, or both. Its AI receptionist can answer questions, screen and transfer calls, take messages, and book appointments around the clock. Plans include 24/7 coverage, and customers can set answering hours without a weekend upcharge. STARTER costs $165 a month and includes 50 Abby Minutes; essential includes 100, PROFESSIONAL 200, and Growth 500. AI answering uses half an Abby Minute per minute of call time, while human answering uses one; usage beyond the plan allowance is billed at that plan’s Abby Minute rate. AbbyGO and the portal provide call summaries, transcripts, recordings, sentiment scores, call tags, and caller blocking. The AI receptionist supports English and Spanish. Abby lists 157 native integrations and says it will build an unlisted integration during onboarding at no charge. Plans include white-glove onboarding and ongoing support.
