In their own words
Accelevents
Accelevents brings registration, sessions, virtual booths, networking, attendee engagement, and reporting into a platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Organizers can stream using Accelevents or connect Zoom for live sessions, and offer recordings on demand alongside scheduled participation. Attendees can chat, request connections or meetings, join timed one-to-one networking, and take part in workshops with up to 25 people on camera. The virtual event hub supports announcements, activity-based challenges, and leaderboards. During an event, organizers can track registration, attendance, and engagement in sessions and booths. Connections with Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot support exchanging attendee and registration data. Attendees can join through a browser or mobile event app, depending on event setup. The platform has a free plan, and listed paid plan sizes range from one event with 500 registrants on Professional to unlimited events on White Label. Continuing education features are available on Business, Enterprise, and White Label plans. Every plan includes 24/7 support, with an average response time of 21 seconds.

Exhibition functions cover booth sales and selection on an interactive floor map, plus lead capture by scanning badges or invitation barcodes. Eventleaf is listed for Android, iOS, web, and Windows. It has a free plan and free trial. Basic costs $500 a year and Professional costs $2,000 a year; both list unlimited events and users, with different minimum attendee counts.
