In their own words

AccountsReceivable.ai

AccountsReceivable.ai is a web-based AI accounts receivable agent for invoice follow-up, cash application, ledger reconciliation and payment-date prediction. It contacts customers by email, SMS and live AI phone call, recording promise-to-pay dates for later follow-up. Incoming wire and ACH payments can be matched to invoices, including split batch payments; unclear or partial matches go to human review. Two-way connections are available for QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite. The service provides an AR aging dashboard, DSO analytics and predicted pay dates for open invoices. Teams can set communication tone and approve messages before they are sent. The maker says encryption, least-privilege access controls and an audit trail cover messages, calls and payments. A free preview creates an aging report and sample reminder from a CSV without an account or card, limited to 25 open invoices and 4 MB. Paid plans start at 299 USD per month; no free plan or trial is listed.
