In their own words
Accupe
Accupe combines practice management, client onboarding, e-signatures and AI for professional firms, including accounting practices in the UK and UAE. Client records bring together filing deadlines, recurring jobs, checklists, time, documents and invoicing. Workflow templates can create monthly, quarterly and annual work with tasks, owners and due dates. Accupe imports Companies House details and checks daily for changes. Each client receives an isolated portal for documents, messages, tasks and signature history, with client-code and PIN sign-in. Signature requests support up to ten signers and five CC recipients; completed documents receive a SHA-256 certificate and public verification page. The service connects with Xero and Zoho Books to pull invoices and send completed jobs as draft invoices. It says it uses encryption in transit and at rest and row-level security to separate firm data. Identity and document verification include a review trail, but Accupe does not run sanctions, PEP or adverse-media screening. Solo costs £20/mo, Growth £55/mo and Elite £185/mo. Each paid tier includes a 14-day trial without upfront card details. Accupe lists offices in London and Dubai.
