LoopSpark
LoopSpark is an automated CRM for fitness studios that brings together client communication, team collaboration, and reporting. It provides client profiles, behavior segmentation, two-way SMS, email campaigns, automated communications, and staff task management. Studios can select catalog automations or build custom ones for client messages and staff to-dos. Connections with Mindbody, Pike13, Mariana Tek, and fitDEGREE import client and booking data, though syncing is not instant and an initial import may take several days. The Essential Monthly plan is $189 a month per location, with unlimited contacts, email, and staff accounts, plus 2,500 SMS units per billing period. Additional SMS bundles cost $15 for 1,000 units and are purchased automatically. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Android, iOS, and web versions are listed. Optional per-location add-ons cost $10 a month for Zapier and $45 a month for Forms & Waivers.
