Job seekers can register, upload a resume, choose job preferences, and create a profile. Its matching engine recommends roles from candidate skills and preferences, then notifies members when suitable openings are posted. Matched candidates can apply with one touch. The service supports full-time, contingent, and freelance workers, and its Internal Mobility offering lets employees find internal full-time and gig roles and express interest. Email and SMS campaigns are included. TalentNet says the platform integrates with vendor-management, applicant-tracking, and other human-capital systems.
