Acumatica Accounts Payable
Acumatica Accounts Payable is a financial-management application in Acumatica Cloud ERP for capturing vendor invoices, handling approvals and payments, and keeping accounting and audit records. It uses OCR and AI/ML to extract information from PDF invoices and email attachments and create AP documents. Configurable workflows can apply vendor defaults, payment terms, tax rules, account settings, and purchase-price tolerances. Payments can be prepared singly or in batches, with ACH export in NACHA and CPA-005 formats. The application supports foreign-currency invoices, automatic currency triangulation, realized gain or loss calculations, and reporting across companies with different base currencies. It records transaction history, including who entered or changed records, and supports attached notes and electronic documents. AP connects with purchasing, inventory, projects, taxes, cash management, and the General Ledger. The web-based ERP can be deployed on-premises, in a data center, or on a cloud platform; native mobile apps are available for iOS and Android. Pricing is custom, based on applications, usage, resources, and deployment preferences.
Epicor FP&A
Epicor FP&A is a cloud solution for financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation. It supports financial and operational modeling, with multidimensional reports for P&L, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and trial balances. Built-in machine learning models use historical data to provide a starting point for budgets and forecasts. Planning features include approval workflows, input sheets, business rules, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis. Consolidation covers eliminations, allocations, adjusted EBITDA, and intercompany data collection and consolidation. The product supports IFRS, US-GAAP, and other local GAAP frameworks. Users can work through web and Excel interfaces, and download web reports to Excel. Native integrations include Epicor Kinetic, Epicor ERP, iScala, Enterprise, Prophet 21, and Epicor Financials; Epicor also says it connects with non-Epicor ERP systems on premises or in the cloud.
