Acumatica Field Service
Acumatica Field Service connects scheduling, dispatch, service orders, technician activity, inventory, and billing for field service operations. Teams can schedule appointments on a drag-and-drop calendar using priority, technician skills and availability, equipment, materials, and service requirements. Mobile tools let technicians access appointments, record time and expenses, capture signatures, issue inventory, and complete service work. The software supports service, repair, and recurring maintenance contracts, renewals, scheduled billing, and invoices based on estimates or actual service activity. Field service connects with CRM, inventory, purchasing, projects, and financial processes; CRM opportunities can be converted into service orders and appointments. The product is presented for service-driven businesses, distributors, construction companies, manufacturers, and organizations handling installation, maintenance, repairs, deliveries, or remote service. It is available on Android, iOS, and web, with an API, customer portal, and route optimization. Pricing is custom and depends on applications, expected usage and resources, and deployment preferences; contact an Acumatica partner for pricing. The paid product has no free plan and uses a hybrid deployment model.
MrTask
MrTask is field service software for contractors that manages work from intake and scheduling through invoicing and payment. Its tools include dispatch, job management, estimates, customer management, GPS tracking, and reporting. The technician app supports schedules, photos, signatures, on-site invoices and payments, and offline work that syncs when connectivity returns. Stripe processes card payments from the web hub, mobile app, and invoice payment buttons, including Tap to Pay on supported phones. MrTask connects to QuickBooks Online for accounting and Stripe for card payments; its pricing page also lists QuickBooks Desktop, an open API, and Zapier on Business. QuickBooks Online is the only accounting integration, with no Xero, Sage, or NetSuite connection. Every plan includes chat and email support, and customers can export data at any time. The Solo plan costs $39.99 a month, billed monthly, and a 14-day trial is available. There is no free plan.
