ADDA provides software for housing societies, residential communities, and HOAs, covering resident communication, operations, maintenance, and accounting. Residents can receive announcements, view events, submit requests with photos, reserve amenities, pay online, and review transaction history. ADDA Books includes automated maintenance billing, late-payment interest, defaulter tracking, budgeting, purchase-to-pay, and more than 150 financial reports. The Communication plan costs $0.99 a month, Operations costs $1.99 a month, and Financials costs $3.99 a month. Connect, Manage, Govern, and Large-Scale & Enterprise are also listed, but prices are not provided. ADDA lists more than 50 hardware and software integrations, including biometric devices, meters, payment gateways, messaging, printers, and access control. Accounting integrations include QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle. The company says its AWS-hosted infrastructure uses encryption at rest and in transit, DDoS protection, and 24×7 monitoring. PropertyMe Tenant Access
PropertyMe Tenant Access is a portal for tenants to view tenancy information and handle rental tasks. It can show payments, pending invoices, maintenance, inspections, and other tenancy details. Tenants submit maintenance requests with details, monitor their status, and message their Property Manager; those messages enter the PropertyMe portfolio. MePay supports rent and invoice payments, recurring payment automation, and one-off payments through Tenant Access. The agency’s PropertyMe plan affects which screens tenants see, while MePay account details entered by tenants are not shared with the agency. On computers, tenants use a web browser because there is no Tenant Access computer app. PropertyMe’s mobile app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play, with listed support for iOS 13.01 or later and Android 9 or later.
