In their own words

ADGEvents Trade Show Management Software

ADGEvents Trade Show Management Software is a web-based event operations service for commercial and nonprofit organizers. Its trade show offering coordinates registration, sessions, tasks, and sponsor deliverables. Event pages, registration, QR tickets, and check-in support attendee handling; sponsor records can include descriptions, due dates, notes, and fulfillment status. Free plans set limits on events, attendees per event, and team seats, with different allowances for commercial and verified nonprofit organizations. Paid plans raise those limits. Business plans include read-only API access and supported webhooks, with setup required. Ticket payments use Stripe, and paid ticket payments require an approved live Stripe Connect account. Site fees apply on paid tickets in addition to Stripe processing or processor fees. The product does not provide dedicated exhibitor applications, interactive booth inventory and assignment, badge-based lead capture, or exhibitor portals. Its Trust Center describes HTTPS in transit, managed encryption at rest, and organization data isolation. ADGEvents says it has not completed a SOC 2 audit and does not offer HIPAA support or a Business Associate Agreement. Support is listed at [email protected].
