Tūtaki

Tūtaki is a board operating system that connects preparation, agendas, meetings, minutes, and follow-through in one workflow. PrepSpace provides AI-powered insights, contextual search, and offline preparation for meetings. It can create strategic briefs for board papers, surface earlier decisions, and answer plain-English questions across board history. Context Search identifies the source document and paragraph behind an answer. Agendas support time-boxed items, decision-type tags, and late papers without rebuilding the pack. Its Minutes Builder drafts minutes in an organisation’s existing style and automatically tags decisions and actions. The Document Vault stores and searches board documents, tagging them by date and type. Tūtaki runs on web and iOS. Existing customers can use the Tutaki Boards iPad app to read and annotate packs and keep downloaded papers offline; an organisation invitation is required. Security listings include ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA. Pricing is on request, with a 30-minute demo available.
