In their own words
Adobe CX Enterprise
Adobe CX Enterprise is a system for coordinating B2B and B2C customer experiences across the customer lifecycle. It brings together content supply chain, customer engagement, and brand visibility, combining customer data, content, and journeys to personalize experiences across channels in real time. Teams can define outcomes for goal-oriented AI workflows, while Adobe says AI unifies brand and engagement data for cross-channel insights. The platform is described as open to AI platforms, partners, existing tools, third-party agents, and generative AI models. Adobe lists integrations with Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google, IBM, Microsoft, and OpenAI, including access through Microsoft 365 Copilot. Governance features include organizational context, permissions, data and consent policies, pre-action checks, approval gates, and audit trails; safeguards depend on customer configuration. Coworker currently supports selected B2C Adobe products and has a connector for Marketo Engage, while Experience Manager, Workfront, and B2B editions are listed as coming soon. Pricing is on request, and Adobe directs prospective customers to request a demo. The stated Campaigns free-trial period ended October 1, 2026. The plan is listed as included at no additional charge, though certain core services might incur additional costs.
Orchetta
Orchetta is a web and API product for organizing customer journeys, linking customer evidence to work, and measuring whether that work improves a journey. Journeys are arranged into stages and steps, with work attached to the step it serves. Evidence cards can hold customer quotes and feedback, and teams can define custom objects such as findings or hypotheses. Cycles time-box work; roadmaps put cycles, journeys, and cards on a calendar with real dates. AI agents can run briefs manually or on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules, then stage proposed changes for review. The product includes eight AI skills and can compose written reports or slide decks from workspace content. Named integrations include Stripe, PostHog, Power BI, Power BI service principal, Jira, and Figma. An outside assistant can access the map over MCP with a user-issued, revocable API token. Starter costs $45 a month per editor, and a 7-day trial is available. The privacy policy says workspace databases and uploaded images are stored in AWS Canada Central in Montréal.
