PostCo Returns
PostCo Returns automates ecommerce returns and offers options such as exchanges and store credit, with the aim of retaining revenue. Its branded portal can be styled to match a store, and customers can exchange for one or more storefront products, including higher-value items, paying any difference. Instant Exchange can send a replacement after approval before the return arrives; a card charge applies if the customer misses the stated 18-day shipback window. Unlimited policy rules and workflows can handle return windows, final-sale rules, refund eligibility, and approvals. The service generates return labels, QR codes, and tracking, and supports international returns with customs invoices. It can exchange return data with WMS and 3PL systems, while its portal can collect label fees and exchange upsell payments through Stripe or Shopify Payments. An EU withdrawal flow tracks the 14-day eligibility window and supports refunds to the original payment method. Checkout+ is free but requires Checkout+ enabled on the store. The Platform subscription costs $179 a month and includes up to 100 returns.
