Credgenics
Credgenics is a paid SaaS platform for debt collection and resolution, with web, API, and Android access. It brings together digital communications, tele-calling, field collections, repayments, servicing, litigation management, dispute resolution, and predictive dialing, alongside a self-service payment portal. Collections analytics use machine learning for risk segmentation, channel selection, borrower intent analysis, and performance tracking. The company says borrowers can be reached in more than eight languages through SMS, WhatsApp, email, IVR, AI voicebots, and chatbots. Its CG Collect Android app supports offline task updates, location monitoring, visit records, route planning, and multiple payment modes; managers can use a web interface. Credgenics documents REST APIs for loan, payment, customer, transaction, and webhook capabilities, with token authentication. It describes encryption, tokenization, access controls, cloud backups, and server security measures, and says it is ISO 27001 certified. Listed audiences include banks, NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, fintechs, ARCs, and collection agencies. Pricing is on request, and prospective customers are directed to book a demo.
