Overview

Agile CRM combines contact and deal management, marketing automation and helpdesk tools. That consolidation can suit a small team looking to manage sales activity, campaigns and customer support in one place; businesses needing room to grow should compare the plans’ contact, integration and API-call ceilings before committing.

The product launched in 2013. Paid plans carry a stated 99.5% uptime guarantee. Agile CRM describes customer and lead information as confidential and says transmission is protected by SSL, but its privacy policy is marked effective only up to May 24, 2018. That dated policy makes it prudent to confirm current privacy terms before entrusting it with sensitive records.

Key features

Sales: Contact and deal management, a visual pipeline, lead scoring, appointment scheduling, telephony and reporting cover core sales work. Email sync is supported, while two-way email integration is a Starter feature.
Marketing: Campaign automation, email campaigns and tracking, landing pages, web engagement and mobile marketing give teams several ways to reach and track customers within the CRM.
Customer service: Helpdesk ticketing includes groups, labels, canned responses, views, activities and reports. This makes the platform broader than a sales-only CRM, though the Free plan’s 1,000-contact ceiling may constrain a growing customer base.
Integrations and development: Integrations include Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zendesk, HelpScout and LiveHelpNow. Developer resources include REST and language APIs, webhooks and single sign-on integration. Plan limits on API calls range from 500 to 25,000 per day, so integration-heavy workflows need particular scrutiny.
Mobile: Android and iOS apps support tasks such as managing contacts, sending campaigns and making calls, useful for teams that need CRM work away from a desktop.
Support: Support options include email support 24/5, weekday phone support, scheduled calls and weekly training workshops.

Pricing

Agile CRM is freemium, with a free plan and paid plans starting at 8.99 USD per month. The free tier allows up to 10 users and 1,000 contacts and companies, with unlimited deals, tasks and documents, plus email tracking, marketing automation and helpdesk. It is a meaningful starting point for a small team, but the contact cap can arrive before the team’s workflow needs do.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: Up to 10 users and 1,000 contacts and companies, unlimited deals, tasks and documents, email tracking, marketing automation and helpdesk. Its 500 API calls per day are the lowest plan allowance.
Starter — 8.99 USD per month: 10,000 contacts and companies, two-way email integration, marketing automation, three plugins or integrations and 5,000 API calls per day. This is the practical step up for teams that need more records and connected email, but the integration allowance remains narrow.
Regular — 29.99 USD per month: 50,000 contacts and companies, two-way telephony, post-call automation, 50+ plugins or integrations and 10,000 API calls per day. It fits teams whose calling and integration needs exceed Starter’s limits.
Enterprise — 47.99 USD per month: Unlimited contacts and companies, call recording, automated voicemails, unlimited campaign workflows and 25,000 API calls per day. It is the strongest fit for larger contact volumes and more advanced calling or campaign workflows.

Across the plans, the API-call ceilings rise from 500 to 5,000, 10,000 and 25,000 per day. Choose by expected contact volume and integration demand as well as headline features; the available plan terms do not establish a seat allowance beyond Free’s 10-user cap.

Platforms

Agile CRM supports web, Android and iOS, alongside an API and an extension. The mobile apps cover contact management, campaign sending and calls, while the API and extension provide additional ways to connect or access the service.

Who it's for

Agile CRM is best suited to small and medium-sized businesses that want sales, marketing automation and customer service in one system. The Free plan offers a way to start with up to 10 users, while Starter and higher tiers add capacity and capabilities for teams with larger databases or more demanding integrations. It is less compelling for a team that needs high API throughput or extensive integrations at the lowest paid price, or one that requires current privacy terms to be clearly established before adoption.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sales, marketing and helpdesk functions sit in one platform, reducing the need to coordinate these workflows across separate products.
Pro: The Free plan supports up to 10 users and includes marketing automation and helpdesk, making it more than a bare contact database for a small team.
Pro: Higher plans add substantial contact capacity, integrations and calling features, with Enterprise removing the contact cap.
Con: Free is capped at 1,000 contacts and 500 API calls per day, which may limit expansion or connected workflows.
Con: Starter includes only three plugins or integrations; broader integration access begins with Regular at 29.99 USD per month.
Con: The privacy policy is marked effective only up to May 24, 2018, a significant caveat for organizations assessing current data-handling commitments.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see CRM Software. If sales gamification is the priority, compare Sales Gamification Software; for voicemail-drop tools, browse Voicemail Drop Software.

Bitrix24 Sales Gamification is worth considering when a team wants a free CRM-oriented option for one or two users, with tasks, shared calendars, chat, video calls and 5 GB of storage; its platform coverage also includes desktop and self-hosted options. Choose RepCard instead when the need is specifically a representative-focused card and QR code, with a free tier that includes 30 smart notifications and up to three personal reviews and referrals. Gametize offers a free Basic plan for up to 10 players, making it a more focused alternative when a small player-based program is the requirement.

MakeTheBoard is a narrower alternative for teams organizing competitions on boards, with a free plan for two active boards and up to 15 participants per board. Outfield, Hoopla, Incenteev and SalesScreen are other sales gamification options to compare.

Verdict

Agile CRM is a good fit for a small or midsize business that wants sales, marketing and service workflows together, with a free tier to start and paid plans that add meaningful capacity. Its main reason to choose is that breadth; its main reason to look elsewhere is the sharp progression in contact, integration and API limits, compounded by a privacy policy whose stated effective date is old. Check the limits and current privacy terms against your needs before selecting a plan.
