In their own words

Agoserve

Agoserve is an operations platform for home appliance repair businesses working in the field, workshop, or store. It manages repair files from the initial request through invoicing, with tracking, customer notifications, and progress updates. Teams can schedule interventions centrally and assign technicians according to availability and skills. Warranty workflows generate and transmit standardized ISG reports, while parts can be reserved against repair files and tracked for availability, allocation, shortages, and replacements. Agoserve receives work orders from integrated Agoraplus partners, including manufacturers, resellers, and insurers; its maker says it works with more than 125 appliance brands, distributors, and contractors. Technicians can update their activity in real time during customer visits using the mobile version. The platform runs on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows, and an account is required for V3. The maker says subscriptions include Agoraplus access and are priced by active users. Listed monthly prices are €170.00 for one license, €120.00 for two, €80.00 for three to five, and €60.00 for six to ten; more than ten licenses are priced on quotation.

Rossware

Rossware provides software and support for appliance repair businesses, centered on ServiceDesk. The Windows desktop application handles calls, jobs, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, reporting, estimates, and invoicing. SD-Mobile lets technicians view jobs, check in and out, submit post-visit reports, and return information to ServiceDesk on Android and iOS; an older Windows version also exists. Rossware offers Windows server hosting for remote desktop access from Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android, with some Mac functionality limited. Dispatch integrations include ServiceBench, ServiceLive, Dispatch.me, Service Power, LG, and Samsung. SD-CyberOffice provides an embeddable booking widget using live availability. Optional route optimization considers technicians, jobs, timeframes, skillsets, and lunch breaks, with per-use charges. ServiceDesk exports sales reports for QuickBooks rather than integrating directly. Core ServiceDesk software is $199 a month with a six-month minimum commitment; hosting starts at $299 a month.
