Overview

AgreeDo takes meeting records beyond the session itself: participants can contribute to an agenda beforehand, the agenda can become minutes, and unfinished tasks can carry into the next meeting. That makes it a more natural fit for teams that need to track decisions and obligations than for people who only need a place to write notes.

Templates, recurring meetings, and decision tracking support repeatable processes. The main trade-off is capacity: Basic permits four meetings a month, three participants per meeting, and one attachment per meeting. Those ceilings can be restrictive even for a small group with a regular meeting cadence.

Key features

From agenda to follow-up

Participants can add ideas, comments, and results to an agenda before a meeting. Afterward, one click turns it into minutes, where users can assign and schedule tasks. Filters provide a way to review task progress, and ongoing tasks can be carried automatically into a follow-up agenda. This linked sequence is AgreeDo’s clearest advantage for groups that need meeting decisions to lead to visible work.

Meetings, calendars, and controls

Meeting minutes can open Microsoft Teams, Webex, or GoToMeeting sessions directly. ICS integration works with calendar apps including Outlook and Google Calendar, while the Outlook plugin can add and access minutes from appointments. These connections suit teams that already use those meeting and calendar tools, though they do not make AgreeDo a general-purpose collaboration suite.

Moderated meetings restrict editing to the creator while other participants can view and comment; closed meetings become read-only. Public meetings can be password protected, and participant permissions control meeting access. AgreeDo says access is HTTPS-only and that it does not use AI or recordings to take notes. Groups wanting AI note-taking or recording-based minutes should look elsewhere.

Pricing

AgreeDo is freemium, with a 30-day trial. Basic has no published price and caps use at four meetings per month, three participants per meeting, and one attachment per meeting. It is a sensible way to assess the workflow or serve a group that meets infrequently, but it is not a roomy ongoing plan for regular multi-person meetings.

Premium costs 7.90 USD per month, billed monthly; annual billing is offered at a 10% discount versus monthly billing. It removes meeting, participant, and attachment limits and adds advanced search, custom print layouts, moderated meetings, Excel/CSV export, and the ability to move or copy items between meetings. It is the practical choice for groups meeting routinely or sharing substantial materials. Teams/Enterprise has custom pricing and includes unlimited meetings, participants, and attachments.

Platforms

AgreeDo runs on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Its calendar support and Outlook plugin are useful additions for groups that organize meetings through those calendars.

Who it's for

AgreeDo is aimed at teams, small businesses, NGOs, and clubs that want structured collaborative notes and follow-through. It suits groups with recurring meetings, decisions to record, and tasks to carry forward. Basic may work for occasional, small meetings; groups that exceed its monthly, attendance, or attachment caps should consider Premium. It is less suitable for users whose priority is AI-generated or recording-based note-taking.

Pros and cons

Pros: Agendas become minutes in one click, and ongoing tasks carry into follow-up agendas, keeping preparation and execution connected.
Pros: Task assignment, scheduling, and progress filters make ownership and follow-through part of the meeting record.
Pros: Calendar integration and direct joining for Teams, Webex, and GoToMeeting fit common meeting workflows.
Cons: Basic’s four-meeting monthly limit, three-person cap, and one-attachment limit can rule it out for routine or larger meetings.
Cons: AgreeDo does not use AI or recordings for note-taking, so it will not suit groups seeking those methods.
