Overview

AI Review Sensor brings review replies, moderation, and analytics for Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile into a web-based service. It suits mobile app businesses that want AI-assisted replies without surrendering control of sensitive cases. The trade-off is a narrow set of live platforms and a free allowance that runs out after 1,000 replies.

Key features

Replies with safeguards

The AI considers a review’s sentiment, language, intent, and context when drafting a personalized response in the reviewer’s language and the configured brand voice. Replies stay drafts unless a user enables Auto Send and sets rules for rating, sentiment, confidence, and daily limits. That makes the product a better fit for teams that want to accelerate replies while retaining control than for those seeking unattended automation across the board. Low-star reviews and those flagged as spam or abusive are held for human approval and never answered automatically.

Moderation and analytics

Starter and Pro include spam and abuse auto-flagging. Flagging helps teams identify problematic reviews; AI Review Sensor says only the platform can remove them. Analytics track rating trends, sentiment, recurring complaints, feature requests, and performance by platform. Those signals give teams more to work with than a reply queue alone, particularly when they want to spot recurring product issues.

Connections and security

The live integrations cover Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile. Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok are described as coming soon, so teams that need those channels now should choose a broader option. Apple App Store setup requires creating an App Store Connect API key and uploading its .p8 file; the Google Play account needs Reply to reviews permission. The security page says connected tokens and keys are encrypted at rest and not sent to the browser. The company also says it does not sell customer data, supports export and deletion, and provides a signed Data Processing Agreement.

Pricing

Free

The free plan is free forever, and allows unlimited apps and listings. Its 1,000 AI review replies are a one-time lifetime allowance, not a monthly quota, so it is useful for trying the workflow or handling modest, occasional volume but not for a continuing high-volume operation.

Starter

At 39.99 USD per month, billed Cancel anytime, Starter provides unlimited apps and listings and 10,000 AI review replies per month. It is the practical step up for teams whose reply volume exceeds the free allowance but remains within that monthly quota. Spam and abuse auto-flagging is included.

Pro

Pro costs 79.99 USD per month, billed Cancel anytime. It keeps unlimited apps and listings and removes the reply quota, while adding priority support. It fits teams with substantial or unpredictable reply volume, or those who value prioritized help; smaller teams can avoid the higher monthly cost with Starter if 10,000 replies are enough.

Platforms

AI Review Sensor runs on the web and connects to Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile. It is not a social-platform review hub today: Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok are described as coming soon.

Who it's for

The product is presented for mobile app businesses, including consumer apps, SaaS apps, games, health, fitness, and education apps. Its combination of app-store connections, configured brand voice, and human approval for sensitive reviews is most relevant to teams that need consistent responses while keeping judgment over low ratings and abuse cases. It is less suitable for teams that need live social integrations or want every response sent automatically.

Pros and cons

Pros: Drafts account for language, sentiment, intent, and context, helping teams tailor replies across supported platforms.
Pros: Auto Send has configurable safeguards, and low-star or flagged reviews remain subject to human approval.
Pros: Starter and Pro pair spam and abuse flagging with analytics on ratings, sentiment, complaints, feature requests, and platform performance.
Cons: The free plan’s 1,000 replies are a lifetime total, limiting its usefulness as an ongoing free tier.
Cons: Only three integrations are live; teams needing Facebook Pages, Instagram, or TikTok coverage must wait or look elsewhere.
Cons: App Store setup requires an API key and .p8 upload, while Google Play requires a specific account permission.

Alternatives

For a wider comparison of response-generation tools, see AI Review Response Generators; for broader reputation-management options, see Online Reputation Management Software.

Review Revolution is a paid option with a free plan and trial, and runs on Android, iOS, and web; consider it if that platform mix is a better fit.

Reply Argus offers a free tier with 100 replies per month for one active app and manual approval plus 5-star auto-publishing, making it worth considering if that smaller, app-specific allowance suits your workflow.

Replya offers a 29.00 USD per month Pro plan for up to six locations, unlimited AI-generated responses, response tones, analytics, and direct posting; choose it if those terms better match your needs.

ReviewPilot has a free plan limited to one app or location, 30 AI replies a week, one team seat, and other capped features; it may suit readers who prefer those limits to a one-time reply allowance.

AppFollow has a free plan with two apps, 100 manual replies per month, and seven days of historical data; consider it if a limited manual-reply tier is preferable.

ReplyWithCare offers a free starter tier with three replies a day, basic tones, and no account requirement; it is an alternative for occasional, copy-to-clipboard replies.

Replzy is another option to compare.

Review Responder has Android and iOS apps and a 9.99 USD per month Pro Monthly plan with unlimited drafts, seven tones, quick reply, and operator-style fingerprint training; consider it if mobile apps and those drafting features are the priority.

Verdict

AI Review Sensor is a strong fit for mobile app teams that want centralized replies and useful review analytics, with explicit human safeguards around sensitive cases. Starter is the sensible choice when 10,000 monthly replies cover the workload; Pro earns its higher cost when unlimited replies or priority support matters. Look elsewhere if you need social-platform integrations today, or if a one-time free reply allowance will not cover your ongoing needs.
