In their own words
AI-Training
AI-Training creates and adapts endurance plans around an athlete's goals, available time, training history, and current condition. It supports running, trail running, cycling, mountain biking, indoor cycling, swimming, triathlon, swimrun, rowing, biathlon, walking, and fitness. Schedules can respond to performance, availability, fitness, and feedback after sessions; fatigue, HRV, sleep, training load, injuries, and reported sensations can also inform adaptations. The app tracks training load, intensity zones, VO₂max, performance, and progress, and presents predicted fitness, fatigue, and form values for the next 30 days. Weather, equipment, recovery, and availability can shape preparation. Listed integrations include Garmin, Strava, Polar, Suunto, and ActiveLook; the FAQ also describes Apple Health synchronization on iOS. Planned or custom sessions can be transferred to Apple Watch and compatible Garmin watches for Premium and trial users. The app is available on iOS and Android. Its maker says recommendations are not medical diagnosis or advice. The privacy policy describes encryption and restricted access, and says personal and health data are not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Styrki
Styrki is an iPhone training app combining strength workouts and running with AI coaching tailored to recovery, strength curves, and volume tolerance. After each session, its AI recalculates weights, sets, and reps using training and recovery feedback. Running tools include GPS runs, heart rate tracking, and Norwegian 4×4 intervals; the app says it detects more than 20 types of lifting and running personal bests. The exercise library lists over 600 strength exercises, with video demonstrations, instructions, and muscle-targeting guides. Styrki lists two-way Apple Health integration and integrations with Apple Watch, Strava, Polar, and Oura. Apple Watch can start runs and stream live heart rate; Live Activities show pace and rest timers, and widgets show the Styrki Score and next session. The free plan includes manual logging, full personal-best tracking, GPS runs, cardio and heart rate, plus three AI workouts and five coach messages. Paid AI plans add unlimited workout generation and coach chat, while AI Voice adds live voice coaching. The company says training context, prompts, microphone audio, and transcripts may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate requested results.
