Playbook
Playbook is a digital asset management platform for organizing and sharing creative files, including images, video, audio, documents, and 3D models. It supports formats such as JPEG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, MP4, MOV, MP3, PDF, PSD, and AI. Metadata and tagging, approval workflows, version history, guest sharing, and API access are listed capabilities. Playbook is available on the web, iOS, and Android, with a desktop sync app; two-way desktop syncing is restricted to paid plans. Share links can require passwords and have expiration dates, while paid plans add shared-link controls. Security features include encryption at rest, two-factor authentication, backups, and malware scanning. The free plan is free and includes 100GB storage, up to 300 assets, three members, three guests, one publish page, and 1,000 API calls monthly. Pro costs $10 a month when billed yearly, per member, and includes 2TB storage. Plans apply per workspace owned by the account owner.
