In their own words
AirDroid Remote Support
AirDroid Remote Support lets businesses troubleshoot and control attended or unattended devices remotely. Support sessions can include remote control, screen sharing, voice chat, text messaging, and file transfer. An AR Camera links to Android or iOS cameras so staff can place 3D markers on physical objects. The Admin Console records session details such as operation status and service duration; it is primarily used for device enrollment and configuration, while web-console remote control is planned for the future. Listed platforms include Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and web. iOS supports remote access only, and Windows or macOS control must start from Windows or macOS. Sessions use AES-256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2, with two-factor authentication and conditional access available. The Free plan costs nothing and includes one channel, one licensed user, 10 hours per month, and three unattended Windows/macOS devices. A 14-day trial is available.
