Metadata may identify the author, date, department, version signature, approver, and approval date. Teams can attach checklists to guide employees through concrete actions, while acknowledgements remain linked to a particular approved document version. Rollout evidence combines the document, checklist, and acknowledging people in a report that can be printed or exported. Campaign recipients can be imported from CSV, TXT, or TSV files, or from comma- or newline-separated lists. The Free plan supports one active policy but does not allow acknowledgements to be sent to employees. Start costs €129 a year and supports up to 50 recipients; Organization costs €990 a year and supports up to 250. Enterprise offers deployment on client servers or a private cloud, plus imports and integrations, though specific products are not named. Akcepta is intended for HR, compliance, security, administration, and management teams, including regulated organizations.
