Freshsuccess

Freshsuccess is customer success software described by Freshworks for monitoring customer health, reducing churn, managing renewals and finding expansion opportunities. Its Master Account Record combines customer touchpoints across sales, finance, support, product and marketing. Health scores can draw on product usage, support and billing history, customer feedback and relationship strength; alerts can flag approaching renewals or gaps in customer communication. Success Goals bring together measurable outcomes, metrics, playbooks, tasks and durations, and CSMs or administrators can create them. Analytics supports exploration of accounts and users, customer-segment comparisons and comparisons across time periods. Teams can track account and user details such as metadata, support tickets, NPS, usage events, clicks, time spent and sessions or logins. Product usage data can be sent through a JavaScript library, Segment or the Event REST API; other business data can come through vendor or Freshsuccess APIs. The integration guide names systems including Salesforce, Freshsales, Zendesk, Jira, Stripe and Mixpanel. Freshsuccess is paid, with pricing on request, and listed for web and API. Its official URL currently redirects to Freshdesk rather than providing Freshsuccess-specific details.
