Its modules cover onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewal risk, and consumption or adoption analytics. Onboarding Orchestrator personalizes customer paths, detects stalls, guides next steps, and escalates complex cases to human customer success managers. Renewal Risk Escalator combines usage, engagement, support, and business metrics into health scores and identifies at-risk accounts 90 days before renewal. QBR Generator analyzes customer data to produce executive-ready quarterly reviews, while an AI assistant refines narratives and updates sections. CADR surfaces consumption and adoption patterns for expansion opportunities and adoption risks. Integrations listed include Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Slack, and Teams. The HubSpot connector supports self-installation for all customers. Security controls include least-privilege access, SSO, communication approval gating, and documented revocation. Klynk says most teams can deploy a first module within 4–6 weeks. Workshops, playbooks, training, enablement, ongoing support, and managed services are available. Pricing depends on modules and customers managed and is provided on request.
