FoodDocs

FoodDocs is a HACCP-based food safety management platform for hospitality, healthcare, retail, food-to-go, and central kitchens. It organizes preset or customizable safety tasks, corrective actions, and real-time completion tracking. iOS and Android apps support daily monitoring tasks, notifications, and instructions. Standard and higher plans include tools to create and customize HACCP plans and automatically create SOPs. Professional adds traceability logging, batch monitoring, ingredient quantity calculations, recall data, and data export. Its open API can connect temperature sensors and smart fridges so readings flow into monitoring checks and overviews; named integration partners include ConnectedFresh in North America and Thinnect in Europe. Lite costs $99 per site per month, Standard 199.00 USD, and Professional 299.00 USD; annual billing is listed at $79, $167, and $250 respectively. Enterprise pricing is custom. The 14-day trial lets users create and view a HACCP plan digitally, but not download it. FoodDocs says it supports compliance but cannot guarantee regulatory compliance because requirements and local interpretations differ.
