In their own words
Alight Worklife
Alight Worklife is a cloud platform that brings HR, benefits, and leave into one employee ecosystem. Its services cover health, wealth, wellbeing, and absence management. Alight LumenAI is described as predicting workforce needs, risks, and opportunities, automating routine HR processes, and personalizing employee communications. Employers can use ROI tracking and value dashboards to assess how employees use benefits programs. Eligible employees and benefit participants can use the Alight Mobile app to access employer-provided health, retirement, and payroll details. Depending on employer offerings, the app supports benefits enrollment, digital insurance cards, doctor searches, 401(k) updates, and pension information. The Worklife Integration Center provides APIs, use case information, and connection tutorials. Alight says its Microsoft Teams integration brings personalized recommendations, a virtual assistant, and a dashboard into Teams. Security options include multi-factor authentication, optional fingerprint or Face ID authentication, email alerts, account lock, and bank verification. The mobile app is for employees and benefit participants of companies that partner with Alight. Pricing is on request, and Alight offers an in-depth demo with an expert.
Peppy
Peppy is an employer-funded healthcare benefit that connects employees with specialist clinicians through an app. Its six service areas are women's health, men's health, menopause, fertility, pregnancy and parenthood, and neurodiversity. Employees can use one-to-one chats, 40-minute video consultations, weekly expert events, and proactive check-ins. Courses, care pathways, and clinician-reviewed written, audio, and video resources accompany the consultations, alongside nutrition, fitness, and mental wellbeing support. Support for partners and families is also available. Testing pathways and prescriptions may be offered when included in an employer or insurer agreement and clinically appropriate. Employees pay nothing, but availability and service scope depend on the employer or health insurer; employees can check with HR or Benefits. The app is available on Android and iOS, as well as the web, in covered countries subject to local availability. Peppy says it works alongside EAP, private medical insurance, and NHS access, and names AXA Health and Vitality as partners. The maker identifies itself as Peppy Health Limited and says the service was founded in 2018.
