Aligned
Aligned is a web-based collaborative workspace where customer-facing teams and buyers coordinate deals and projects. It brings customer resources, conversations, and next steps or mutual plans into one shared space. Teams can create personalized rooms with a no-code, drag-and-drop environment that requires no setup. Buyers can access rooms without a username login, and six sharing permission levels are available. The Starter plan costs nothing and allows 4 active rooms per seat with unlimited buyer stakeholders; it requires no credit card and is not a time-limited trial. Basic costs $35 a month per seat and includes unlimited rooms, templates, and content storage. Pro costs $60 a month per seat and includes AI Client Assist, an AI Content Generator, and an AI Deal Builder. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Gong, Google Apps, Microsoft tools, PandaDoc, Zapier, Zoom, and content and demo platforms. Aligned states it is SOC 2 audited, GDPR compliant, and independently penetration tested on every plan. The company was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
FullContext
FullContext provides AI agents for go-to-market workflows that engage and qualify buyers and present product demos. Its Buyer Copilot can work from a website or outbound experience, then hand a buyer to a live team member. Product tours select content based on a prospect’s challenges, with conversational qualification during the interaction. Buyers can ask about content, jump to relevant points and receive personalized content experiences. Workflows can be built in natural language, and product tours can be created with a Google Chrome extension. The service is available on the web and as an extension. The Free plan includes 100 credits per month, one agent, five resources and 20 webpages; each AI-powered response uses one credit, and credits do not roll over between months. Free includes Calendly and HubSpot Meetings scheduling plus Slack integration, while Growth adds HubSpot integration. Paid plans start at $199/mo. FullContext says customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is not sold, shared or exported to third parties.
