Other listed capabilities include approval workflows, SLA management, a knowledge base, an employee portal, and single sign-on. Organizations can run it on premises, as SaaS, or in their own Azure or AWS cloud. Documented integrations include Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, Microsoft Entra ID, Dell warranty, Adobe licensing, Intune, and SCCM/MECM; connections can also use a REST API. Native iOS and Android apps serve technicians and users, with a separate inventory scanner app. Plans are billed annually: Explorer costs $19 a month for up to 3 technicians, Express costs $49 a month for 4 or more technicians, and Enterprise costs $89 a month for 4 or more technicians. Each plan allows unlimited requesters. Cloud hosting fees are additional to base product prices.

BlueKing CMDB

BlueKing CMDB is an enterprise configuration-management platform for managing assets and applications. Teams can extend built-in model attributes and create models and relationships for networks, middleware and virtual resources. The platform provides machine-data snapshots, automatic discovery and change-event pushes. Host management covers basic attributes, snapshots and ownership relationships; organizational tools manage business-based structures, while process management organizes host processes by module. Event registration and delivery use callbacks. User-group permissions provide access controls, and operation auditing supports tracing user activity. BlueKing CMDB uses a microservice architecture with a Go backend and Vue.js frontend. Deployment documentation lists ZooKeeper, Redis and MongoDB dependencies, with Elasticsearch and Monstache for full-text search. The project supports independent deployment, and its container instructions cover Windows, macOS and Linux Docker environments. The open-source version is MIT-licensed and free, but disables user-management functionality because it runs without login. Documentation, a wiki, a forum, video tutorials and QQ technical groups are listed as support resources.
