In their own words
Alpha Progression
Alpha Progression is a strength-training app for Android and iOS that logs workouts and uses performance to recommend weights and repetitions. Its Pro plan can generate a training plan from goals, equipment, training frequency, and duration; users can adjust the exercises, sets, and reps. The library contains 795 exercises with instructional videos filmed by certified trainers. Progress tools include charts, personal records, streaks, achievements, and CSV export. Users can follow plans, log workouts, and get Pro progression recommendations offline, but creating a new plan or workout needs an internet connection. With consent, the app can exchange activity energy, weight, body-fat percentage, and exercise data through Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect. The free plan includes personal plans and unlimited logging, but excludes plan generation, recommendations, charts, and advanced tools. Pro Monthly costs $12.99 a month; Pro Yearly costs $79.99 a year, with a 14-day trial for eligible new customers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
